Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

What's your processing time?

We dispatch within 1-2 days of receiving your order.

UK Deliveries

We use Royal Mail First Class which takes 1-3 working days from being posted. 

If you are ordering more, or heavier items such as framed artwork, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24. The weight of your package is calculated at checkout and the correct Royal Mail postage applied for that weight.

International deliveries

All international orders are sent tracked.

You'll get a tracking number when the item has been posted and it will be your responsibility to look out for it.

Our international shipping rates are based on the package weight and are determined at checkout.

Please note international orders can take between 3-30 working days.

FEES for international orders

Please be aware that orders from outside of the UK (including EU) may be subject to fees at the border (customs fees + VAT fees) These will vary depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Everything is packed and shipped from Kate's home studio in the UK.
