Refund policy

If you want to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please send an email to hello (at) katehighmore.com to let me know what you'd like to return, and to obtain the return shipping address.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless you received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item.

Your refund will be processed when I receive the item back in a saleable condition.

We strongly recommend you post things back using a tracked shipping service as we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.
